Overview
LIFT is a new behavioural change intervention that results in immediate and lasting performance improvement at an individual, team and organisational level.
LIFT builds behavioural capability in just 3 consecutive days. People master ethical behaviours to motivate and energise their teams. They improve their impact by communicating with clarity and direction. They develop their confidence and competence in using precision feedback as an everyday tool to develop others and they build increased levels of trust in all their relationships. The outcome is that everyone delivers to their full potential, living their organisational values and acting as role models for others.
Developing Internal LIFT Course Leaders
We can transfer the LIFT system to you, in fact we recommend it! We will help you select and develop your own internal LIFT leaders, who will deliver the intervention and promote accountability everyday. By accrediting internal course leaders, organisational capability is increased and the full depth of benefits are realised.

Timing
3 days 09:00 – 17:30 each day
