Introducing The OrgZoo Business Improvement Method (BIM) – a practical guide for leaders and change agents. It provides a model, framework and practical tools to effectively navigate the improvement journey.

Purpose
To provide the additional change leadership skills and insights to lead the transformation journey
Outcomes
- A journey plan from end vision to current state is created and visualised
- Different approaches to change are explored and woven into the journey plan
- A practical toolkit and framework for managing the implementation is shared
- Transformation components are diagnosed and planned
- Ways of working for the change team are developed.
Structure
Visual & interactive workshop, using graphic facilitation techniques.

Timing
4 days 09:00 – 17:30 each day.
Change Agent Development P.O.S.T.
Purpose
To provide change diagnosis and planning skills required to lead a transformation component.
Outcomes
- Architecture and framework for driving and sustaining improvement is shared and understood
- Tools and job aids to use in the field are transferred
- Initial plan of interventions to address people impact, roles, stakeholder management, build readiness, change behaviour and communicate the improvement are developed
- Facilitation guidance for the interventions is shared
Structure
Practical workshop with expert change advice.
Using the OrgZoo Z Model for Change and Business Improvement Method.
The Method Book and Z Board materials are provided for each participant and used for diagnosis and planning.
Timing
2 days.
09:00 – 17:30 each day.
Diagnosis, Planning & Tracking Labs P.O.S.T.
Purpose
To provide change agents with on-going change expertise and support
Outcomes
- Change community reconnected
- Implementation plans are reviewed
- Advice / direction on specific interventions is offered
- Appropriate tools and job aids are shared
- Agents are refocused and re-energised, leaving with a plan of interventions to move their component forward
Structure
The specific POST is developed on the day, to deliver the needs of the participants.
Short inputs – interactive and informative.
The focus is on unblocking barriers to change, through building practical solutions.
