Overview
In all organisations, success is driven by how effectively teams cooperate together. Amongst other things, team members need to:
- Understand the team purpose and identity
- Trust one another and keep to commitments
- Be clear on individual objectives and how they integrate
- Have a shared vision that provides inspiration and motivation
- Understand how control and authority are shared between members and the leader
- Offer challenge and support to one another to generate new approaches
- Handle change well
Using the Grove Team Performance™ Model (TPM) we diagnose the specific team needs. From this we design and facilitate one or more sessions to accelerate the team’s performance.

Purpose
To make a significant uplift in how you operate and feel as a team, resulting in an immediate improvement in team performance
Outcomes
- Team identity (brand) is described, clarified and modelled
- Team purpose and vision are defined
- The level of trust between team members has increased
- Tough issues are put on the table and discussed freely
- A top level description for the team and each sub-function has been developed, shared and aligned
- The individual role of each team member has been shared and clarified
- Key ways of working (including stakeholder management) have been clarified for on-going action
- A process of giving behavioural feedback has been introduced and practiced
Structure
- Completion and analysis of Team Performance™ Model questionnaire
- 1:1 with each team member to share individual and team diagnosis
- Development of specific team workshop
- Visual, high energy & interactive workshop, using graphic facilitation techniques

4 days 09:00 – 18:00 each day
